How do you create a map - a little GSAK Tips Halléns Geocachingäventyr
After my post about the map update yesterday, I saw that Fjäderlös biped wanted to learn more about how to create etat civil and add maps on his blog. It is very possible that more people would be interested, I thought, etat civil and decided to create a small "school".
If you use WordPress blogs as you can easily select the insert image and instead of uploading the picture to the blog takes you link option, and paste the link from Google maps, and then you have a map on the blog. Would you rather put the map on your profile gc.com requires a little more knowledge of html coding, but there is software that can help you there too, but it goes far beyond today's little "lesson".
An alternative to creating a map in Google maps is to use a different macro into GSAK, Myfounds2html.gsk. etat civil It works great on smaller databases, but if you try to run it on a database of several thousand caches bound to be problems. Then it will take many long minutes before the map is visible on the web.
