Waiting for my new astro from the merchant, hope it arrives down to Wednesday! What about maps? What should I have and you can find some cheaper versions? I hunt both in Gavleborg, Västmaland, Uppland and Stockholm one ground going over the county line. Feel as if this can be really expensive! I would be really grateful if some kind person has some good advice!

Just purchased a map from Garmin to new hunting ground. The best way is to take a normal print property map and scan and then use Google Earth to do various custom maps that completely SonikaS dropped as. Kmz files in the custom folder on your Garmin. Then you can have as many as you want ;-)

I think it works well that "need" to change cards. I think it seems awkward to scan and then upload and grejja in the computer, but it's clear, it's a one time job since they exist in the unit. so it's a well a matter of taste. if you think it's a hassle to change cards, it's a good option!
