Google says that it has been working on new imagery rendering techniques and computer vision that automates the creation of 3D cityscapes. This 3-dimensional world will be complete with buildings, terrain and landscaping from 45 degree aerial imagery.
The company hopes to have 3D coverage of metropolitan areas with a combined population of 300 million people. A PC version is also on its way but Google says that this will take a little longer as compatibility issues with the new algorithims and graphics remain.
There are some places 10 day weather where you just cannot drive, including conservation sites like the Grand Canyon and so Google technicians have been out with some rather 10 day weather strange luggage to capture this photographically.
Underground train users rejoice, Google has also announced that its maps will be available offline for Android users in more than 100 countries in the next few weeks. The maximum size of offline files is about 50MB but many examples will be smaller than that, so hopefully this won’t be something that will break the average user’s 10 day weather data cap.
Offline files should be large enough to cover a metropolitan area. Google says the offline service can provide a map about the size of the San Francisco Bay Area and that the detail will come down to street level. Pinning down accuracy in new places
Accuracy is naturally a key element and so Google is also expanding Map Maker . Having already launched in South Africa 10 day weather and Egypt, ten more countries will be able to make use of the service in the next few weeks including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland.
Map Maker helps to improve accuracy and track real world changes through ‘Report a Problem’ where users can add notes and tips where change is needed. It seems that Google is getting everywhere, from the bottom of canyons, to your pocket under the ground. It appears to be inescapable for monitoring (excluding 10 day weather Germany in part) but then again, will be find it too useful to say no?

« map minecraft Google Earth A to Z: Pretty map minecraft Earth, Places, Panoramio and the Plug-in | Main | Viewing California emissions in Google Earth » August 22, 2012 A virtual trip down Route 66 with Google Earth and Street View
It's not just a quick fly-by, though. He's taking his time "driving" down the road, connecting with locals via Google+, and sharing ideas, photos and restaurant suggestions as if it was a real journey. map minecraft By literally working through map minecraft all of the Street View imagery map minecraft along the way, he's treating it as if it was an actual trip. For example, he mentions how a bunch of segway map minecraft riders were following him around for a while, so he "ditched" them on his way toward Soldier Field.
It's certainly a unique

way to travel down a highway, and only recently possible thanks map minecraft to the ever-expanding Street View coverage. His first post is a great example, as he describes sights found in Street View, shares the "road trip" music he was listening to, and makes up a story to go with it.
He's nearly a month into the journey and just a fraction of the way to Los Angeles, so the end result map minecraft could be quite a comprehensive look at Route 66 through the eyes of the Street View camera. You can follow his entire journey via Google+

by using the #jgroute66 hashtag.
While his trip is something most of us wouldn't do, it helps to show the power of Google Earth and Street View when you want to explore a new area. When meeting a client at a location that I'm not familiar with, I almost always pull it up via Earth and Street View so I can have a good idea of what I'm looking for. As image quality continues to improve in both products (not to mention the new 3D Imagery ), this will become an even more useful thing to do.
I work for Los Angeles Metro, Transportation in the Telecommunications department. We maintain Micowave site at different mountain tops. I like to know if is posible to view our sites in real time using Google Earth. map minecraft

Google has added a variety of remarkable locations in Antarctica, battlefield 3 beta download includ

A few years ago, Google pushed out some Street battlefield 3 beta download View updates that gave them at least a little bit of coverage on every continent on the planet. The coverage in Antarctica wasn't a very large area, but it was very impressive that they had any down there at all. Now they've added quite a bit more and it now offers quite an amazing look at the continent.
Google has added a variety of remarkable locations in Antarctica, battlefield 3 beta download including the South Pole Telescope , Shackleton's hut , Scott's hut , the Ceremonial South Pole and a variety of other areas. They've also added these locations to a new collection on their World Wonders site.
You can also explore many of these areas in 3D thanks to Peter Olsen and the great models that he put together earlier this year . The models are amazingly well done and help provide more context into just how dangerous those expeditions really were.

In addition, as pointed out by +Dave Spracklen , Google has made indoor locations very easily access

Just a week ago I came across an article from the University of Michigan where they discussed the "strange-looking 10 day forecast tricycle" riding around the campus (the tricycle, of course, is the famous Street View Trike ). The imagery for Michigan 10 day forecast hasn't been made available yet, so it seems that more schools will be coming in future updates.
The list of universities where Google has Street View imagery 10 day forecast available is quite impressive in size, and is continuing to get larger. This is an excellent use of Street View technology, and I expect Google will continue to roll it out to more schools around the world.
In addition, as pointed out by +Dave Spracklen , Google has made indoor locations very easily accessible. Previously you had to go onto special webpages to get inside. These include all of the businesses that have gone through the Google pictures program.
For now, though, you can go inside 10 day forecast two ways. You can drag the pegman into large blue dots. These act differently from the photo blue dots. These only appear when you're 10 day forecast zoomed in for starters. Here is a good location to see the dots . Just drag the pegman into the scene for the dots to appear.
Secondly, they have added special arrows to allow you to go indoors if you happen to 'walk' by the outside of a location. These appear as double arrows. See this example in Japan . You can walk into the restaurant, as noted by the double arrows pointing 10 day forecast into it.
Antispam question: What is the third letter in the word 'SPAM'? (type the letter)

Streetview is one of the Jewels in the Crown of Google Geo and its a fantastic resource for teaching.  I've just delivered a 'Google Earth as GIS in teaching' session to PGCE students at Southampton University and took the opportunity to polish up my teaching materials, including having another look at what Streetview can do.  I thought I'd share some thoughts on it with you. Views Beyond the Street:  Firstly, it used to just be roads, now they've gone off piste with the streetview trike and backpack producing a range of resources including panoramas from the South pole, inside museums and on footpaths.  See

the  full Gallery . HowTo:   But before I get carried away with the fun stuff, here's some basic instructions on how to use it in Google Earth looking at a classic spelling check Physical Geography field site:   Lulworth Cove . 1]  Using the search panel, find Lulworth Cove, UK.
Rollover the controls in the top right of the screen > Click and drag the orange man > Drop him close to the cliff on the blue path between town and cove.   You will be transported into ‘streetview mode’.
Teaching Tips - the Cove:   If you're due to go to Lulworth cove, using streetview has obvious uses - you can introduce the site to students and explain where they'll spelling check go on the day.  After the trip you can use it to revise what they did and saw, helping them to link the parts of the day to the geography spelling check of the site.
The 'constant view' direction that you get with rolling the mouse wheel is particularly useful as you can show them what they will see on the walk out to the edge of the cove.  The direction should be set towards the cove - they shouldn't really be looking elsewhere!
Other Teaching Tips:   spelling check I think streetview is very useful not only for physical geography but also for human geography.  I've used it for schools outreach when looking at different spelling check neighborhoods, judging income levels depending spelling check on how smart the cars and the front doors look.
You can use it in Google Maps without bothering to use it in Google Earth but I think the advantage spelling check of being able to 'tag' locations in streetview with a placemark and return to them at the double click of a mouse is highly useful.
